• I download my bib here
• I upload my .gpx file here

1/ I register myself online (5€)

2/ I run 42.195km within 15 days (in 1 or more legs) 

3/ I upload my .gpx file or my race time 

4/ I take my picture while running

5/ I post my best picture on #medocsaison1

6/ The 10 most representative photos of the “Medoc spirit” will be rewarded (the winners will receive a Medoc marathon saison 1 collector tee-shirt)

7/  I receive my diploma and my virtual medal

8/ The profits will be donated to the charities : “les liens du coeur” and “make a Wish”.
